- I thought I was finished with direct selling so I joined d'essense just to get a discount on real perfume and purchase gifts for my family and friends. It has turned into a great profitable business. The compensation plan is better than any of the other companies in the direct selling industry. $50 wholesale to remain active is really un-heard-of in direct selling. NO auto ship. WOW. A d'essense Wholesale Distributor is for the person who recognizes the great opportunity to earn an income by selling our products, but for whatever reason is not interested in pursuing a residual income stream earned from building an organization. In other words, a d’essense Distributor simply wants to sell products, PERIOD!
A d'essense Distributor does not participate in the Personal Achievement Bonus program which includes promotion bonuses and the opportunity to earn rebates. Also a d'essense Distributor may not have a downline organization so they do not participate in any Sponsor's Overrides or Team Leader Bonuses.
Okay so now you do the math..."If you sell $1,000 in products at a 45% profit, you would walk away with $450.00 in your pocket." Can you get excited about that?
A d'essense Distributor may qualify for the President's Club and the Chairman's Winter Retreat and in certain other contests and incentives, as applicable.
