- I first learned about Juice Plus (17 fruits and vegetables in a capsules) through a friend at the gym. When she shared the benefits of whole food nutrition and the plethora of research behind Juice Plus, I took it to my doctor husband, who was very impressed. We added Juice Plus to our diets, and we saw some fantastic changes in our health. We knew that fruits and vegetables were good for us, but were amazed that the 17 fruits and veggies in those little capsules could make such an amazing change in our health. And now I feel like EVERYONE needs what I have! Knowing what I now know, we will take this for the rest of our lives.
The news isn't that fruits and veggies are good for you; it's that they can actually save your life!
