For Foster or Adoptive Parents

I was doing some research for a class I teach and I found out a about a new law that will probably be helpful for some. It's called the It’s called the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoption Act and it was just passed in September. I wrote about it on my blog and immediately got a thank you comment from a man with eight adoptees. He said he hadn't heard of it. I figured if he hadn't heard of it, there are probably many others who haven't as well. Check out my blog for details.
